Hi, I’m Olga!
Long before I became a coach, I knew I wanted to work with people in a deep, one-on-one way. I wanted to talk about the things underneath the surface – who people are, what matters to them, and the internal challenges they experience. The emotional and human side of life, not just performance, productivity, and climbing the next ladder.
But I never let myself fully go there. I kept thinking that since my own life wasn’t perfect and figured out, who was I to help others with anything?
So instead, I overstayed my welcome in a more “straight-forward” career in public relations. While the work was interesting and creative in many ways, over time I became deeply disconnected from myself inside of it, and eventually burnt out to the point where I cried almost every day on the way to work.
I knew I couldn’t keep living that way for the rest of my life, but I was terrified to pull the trigger. I made a few attempts at leaving, but always ran back to PR because I kept doubting my ability to make a living doing something I actually loved, and kept waiting for the perfect exit strategy to land in my lap.
The turning point came when I experienced coaching for the first time. Shockingly, for how much it changed my life, nothing crazy happened in that room. I simply had space to get honest about what was actually in my heart, what had been getting in the way, and where I’d been putting my attention instead.
Then I started taking small steps toward the life I actually wanted. Nothing reckless. In fact, sometimes even mundane. But with the right support, those small steps added up to the point where I now feel more fulfilled through work, and have a richer life outside of it, than I ever thought possible for myself.
Now, as an ICF-trained ontological coach with a background in astrology and psychology, I help people find ways to authentically express themselves through their work, while building a fuller life outside of it, too.
I trained through the Academy for Coaching Excellence (ACE) as a coach and a licensed academy trainer, where I continue to stay deeply involved in the coaching community through ongoing education, mentorship, and professional work.
